I am a relational psychotherapist specializing in attachment-based therapy, developmental trauma, and existential psychotherapy. My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens in relationships—both by making sense of the ones we’ve had and the ones we create and navigate now.
My path to becoming a psychotherapist started with a deep curiosity about human nature, meaning-making, and identity. I first completed a degree in the Humanities, studying philosophy, literature, history, and political thought. I then pursued an interdisciplinary graduate degree, where my research explored how dominant narratives influence identity formation—sometimes reinforcing shame and self-doubt, and other times serving as sources of resilience and strength.
Wanting to bring this work into a more personal, applied setting, I completed a second undergraduate degree in psychology, followed by graduate studies in counselling psychology. Today, as a relational therapist, I see therapy as more than just self-analysis—it’s about experiencing new ways of relating to others in real time. Our patterns aren’t just things to be understood and analyzed in our minds; they emerge in relationships, including the therapeutic one, where they can be explored and transformed.
Through a warm, attuned, and collaborative process, I help clients develop self-awareness, emotional resilience, and more meaningful relationships, empowering them to show up more fully for themselves, their loved ones, and their communities. Drawing on attachment theory, trauma-informed care, and existential psychotherapy, I support clients in navigating issues of self-worth, relationship challenges, and feelings of disconnection.
My approach is especially suited to thoughtful, introspective individuals who find themselves caught in recurring emotional patterns and are ready to explore the roots of their struggles.
