I am a relational psychotherapist specializing in attachment-based therapy, developmental trauma, and existential psychotherapy. My approach is grounded in the belief that healing happens through relationship—by understanding the connections that shaped us and cultivating new, healthier ways to relate to ourselves and others.
Often, clients come to me feeling stuck in patterns they can’t quite name, caught between self-blame, past experiences, and a sense that something isn’t working. Together, we slow down, make sense of those patterns, and begin to shift them in real time.
My path to therapy was shaped by an early curiosity about how people find meaning. That curiosity led me to study philosophy, literature, and history before ultimately training in psychology. Along the way, I discovered that meaning is most deeply formed in relationship—both the ones we have with others and the one we have with ourselves.
For me, therapy is a warm, collaborative process—designed for thoughtful, introspective people who are ready to build relationships that feel more secure, alive, and authentic.
Outside of the therapy room, I write creative nonfiction as a way to explore and process my experiences and observations. I believe stories have the power to create moments of recognition, foster connection, and inspire growth.
