I am a relational psychotherapist specializing in attachment-based therapy, developmental trauma, and existential psychotherapy.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through relationship: by understanding the ones that shaped us and by practicing new ways of connecting in the present.
Clients often come to me feeling caught in patterns they can’t quite name, pulled between self-blame, past experiences, and a feeling that something isn’t working. Together, we slow down, make sense of those patterns, and begin to shift them in real time.
My own path began with a curiosity about how people make meaning in the midst of struggle. That led me from studying philosophy, literature, and history into psychology and clinical training, where I discovered that meaning itself is most deeply formed in relationship.
For me, therapy is a warm and collaborative process that helps thoughtful, introspective people move toward relationships—with themselves and others—that feel more secure, alive, and aligned.
